4. Product Warranties
TOOLMAN products are sold with the following warranties: • Limited 1-Year Warranty: TOOLMAN tools are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. • Warranty Coverage: Covers defective parts and materials. Does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. • Warranty Process: To claim warranty service, contact us at warranty@toolman.com with proof of purchase and images of the defect. We will, at our option, repair or replace the product at no cost (excluding shipping). • No Other Warranties: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, TOOLMAN DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Ordering and Fulfillment
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms. • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods. • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary by location, carrier, and order complexity. • Risk of Loss: Products are at your risk of loss once delivered to the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for valuable orders. • Backordered Items: If an item is backordered, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or cancel that portion of your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery may be delayed if recipient is unavailable. • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the 50 United States. Shipping to US territories and APO addresses available upon request. • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package is lost or damaged. We will work with the carrier to file a claim.
7. Returns and Refunds
• Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). • Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging and accessories. • Tools That Have Been Used: Used tools may be returned within 30 days if defective. Refunds will be reduced by 20% restocking fee. • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Refund method matches original payment method. • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom orders, and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned. • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide return label and replacement.
8. Payment
